2. Shipping & Delivery
At this time, we only deliver within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, and delivery usually takes 10–15 business days depending on warehouse location and carrier schedule.
Yes. Deeptide offers free standard shipping for all products shipped from our U.S. local warehouse.
Additional fees may apply for remote or special delivery locations.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.
You can click the link in the email to follow real-time updates from the carrier.
3. Warranty & Service
All Deeptide refrigeration units include a 5-year compressor warranty and a 2-year parts warranty.

4. Product Information
Most Deeptide commercial refrigeration products are ETL certified and comply with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) efficiency standards.
Please refer to each product page for specific certification details.
Our refrigeration products use environmentally friendly R290/R600 refrigerant, known for its high efficiency and low environmental impact.
Each unit includes a user manual or installation guide.
Please follow the instructions provided in the manual for best performance and safety.
If you need another copy, contact us and we can provide a digital version.
5. Support & Troubleshooting
First, ensure the unit is properly connected to a dedicated power source and not overloaded with stored items.
Check that air vents are clear and doors are sealed correctly.
