Return & Refund Policy

At Deeptidepro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your commercial refrigeration purchase. We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information) to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (new and unused).
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and pallets included.

Note: Custom-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Return Process & Address

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Step 1: Contact us at +1 (646) 612-6635 or email info@deeptidepro.com to initiate a return.

Step 2: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and specific shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship the item to our Returns Center (unless instructed otherwise in your RMA email):

4. Shipping Costs

Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect due to our error, Deeptidepro will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange pickup.

Customer Remorse (Changed Mind): If you purchased the wrong size or simply no longer want the item, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that are returned in new/original condition within the 30-day window.

6. Damages upon Arrival

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Visible Damage: If the unit is severely damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Reporting Damage: If your shipment arrives with damage, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos and/or video to help us review and assist you.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our Returns Center, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund posting times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

8. Order Cancellation

Unshipped Orders: You may cancel for a full refund if the order has not yet been loaded for shipping.

Shipped Orders: If the order is already in transit, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
