Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

All Orikool commercial refrigeration products sold and distributed by Deeptide are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, providing dependable support and long-term reliability.

Warranty Coverage Details:


5-Year Compressor Warranty – The sealed compressor unit is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase.


2-Year Parts Warranty – All other parts and accessories are covered for two (2) years under normal commercial use.


Labor and service are not included unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Eligibility

This warranty applies only to:


Products purchased directly from Deeptide (deeptidepro.com) or its authorized sales channels within the United States.


The original end-user or purchaser who retains the original proof of purchase.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, modified, or used outside the U.S. are not covered by this warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:


Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.).


Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or accident.


Damage from electrical surges, water exposure, or environmental factors beyond normal operating conditions.


Labor costs, travel expenses, or service calls not pre-approved by Deeptide.


Consumable items such as light bulbs, door gaskets, or cleaning accessories.

Warranty Service Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim:


  1. Contact Deeptide Customer Support at info@deeptidepro.com with your order number, product model, and a clear description of the issue.

  2. Our technical team will provide troubleshooting assistance and determine if replacement parts or service are required.

  3. If approved, Deeptide will ship replacement parts or coordinate with the manufacturer’s service partner.

  4. Customers may be required to return defective parts for inspection.

Note: All replacement parts provided under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

Freight & Handling


Shipping charges for parts replacement within the first 30 days are covered by Deeptide.


After 30 days, the customer is responsible for freight and handling costs related to warranty service.


Deeptide is not liable for any loss of product, profit, or business interruption caused by equipment downtime.

Warranty Validation

Please retain:


Your original invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase.


The product serial number label attached to the unit.

Warranty claims without these documents may be denied.

Manufacturer Responsibility

All Orikool commercial units are manufactured and certified under ETL and DOE compliance. Deeptide acts as an authorized U.S. distributor, ensuring customers receive genuine Orikool products backed by official warranty coverage.
