Warranty & Parts Policy

Limited Warranty Coverage
All commercial refrigeration products sold by Deeptide are covered by a comprehensive limited warranty to ensure reliable performance and long-term business success.

1. Warranty Period

  • 5-Year Compressor Warranty: The sealed compressor unit is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
  • 2-Year Parts Warranty: All other functional parts and components are covered for two (2) years from the date of original purchase under normal intended use.

2. What is Covered

  • Free Replacement Parts: If a component fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Deeptide will provide the replacement part free of charge.
  • Standard Shipping: Deeptide covers standard ground shipping for all warranty replacement parts within the Continental United States. (Expedited shipping options are available at the customer's expense).
  • Labor Costs (Conditional): Unlike many competitors, Deeptide DOES cover labor costs for repairs, provided that:The repair is pre-approved by our technical team.You submit a quote from a licensed technician before work begins.The labor rate is within standard local market averages.
    (Unauthorized repairs or invoices submitted without prior approval will not be reimbursed.)

3. Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies strictly to:

  • The original purchaser who holds a valid proof of purchase (Order # or Invoice).
  • Products installed and operated within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Products used for commercial purposes only (Residential use may void warranty coverage).

4. Warranty Exclusions (What is NOT covered)

To be transparent, the following scenarios are excluded from coverage:

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents), door gaskets, light bulbs, shelves, and caster wheels.
  • Improper Installation: Failure due to lack of ventilation, improper electrical connection (e.g., wrong voltage), or unlevel installation.
  • Negligence & Misuse: Damage caused by lack of cleaning (e.g., dirty condenser coils), overloading, or outdoor use.
  • Environmental Issues: Damage from floods, fires, power surges, or loss of product (food spoilage) due to equipment failure.

5. How to Request Warranty Service

We aim to make warranty claims simple and fast.

  2. Provide Details: Please have your Order Number, Serial Number (found on the tag inside the unit), and a clear description/photo of the issue ready.
  3. Diagnosis: Our technical team will troubleshoot with you.
  4. Resolution:If a part is needed, we will ship it immediately.If a repair is needed, we will guide you through the approval process for local service.

6. Defective Parts Return

In some cases, Deeptide may require the defective part to be returned to our warehouse for quality inspection before a replacement is sent. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for such returns.
