Deeptidepro Shipping Policy
At Deeptidepro, we work hard to make sure your commercial refrigeration equipment arrives safely and in perfect condition. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
1. Processing & Order Verification Because commercial appliances are high-value items, we have a strict safety protocol to protect our customers and prevent fraud.

Order Verification: Before shipping, our support team will contact you via phone to confirm your order details and delivery address accessibility.

Processing Time: Due to this mandatory verification and warehouse dispatch process, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship.

Important: If we cannot reach you to confirm the details, your shipment may be delayed. Please provide a valid phone number at checkout.
2. Delivery Timeframes & Warehousing To ensure efficient delivery, Deeptidepro utilizes a strategic logistics network across the United States. We fulfill orders via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight primarily from our distribution hubs in California and New Jersey.

Transit Time: 10–15 business days depending on your location.

Smart Routing: We automatically route your order from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to minimize transit time.

Carrier Appointment: The freight carrier will call you 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
3. Delivery Method: Curbside with Liftgate Our Free Standard Shipping includes Curbside Delivery with Liftgate Service.

What is included: The driver will lower the item from the truck to the ground using a hydraulic liftgate at the nearest accessible curb or driveway.

Accessibility: Delivery requires a paved road accessible to a large semi-truck. If your location is not accessible (e.g., narrow alley, gravel road), the driver will unload at the nearest accessible point.

Inside Delivery is NOT Included: The driver will not bring the unit inside your building, unpack it, or install it.

Special Request: If you require Inside Delivery, you must negotiate this directly with the carrier and pay any additional fees.

Warning: If you refuse the shipment because the driver cannot bring it inside, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and restocking fees.
4. Shipping Destinations

We ship ONLY to the 48 contiguous United States.

We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Business Name: Please provide your business name at checkout (if applicable) to ensure the carrier can locate you easily.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery (Crucial) Please inspect your shipment IMMEDIATELY while the driver is present.

Option A: Minor Damage (Scratches/Dents) If the unit has cosmetic damage but is functional, and you are willing to keep it:

DO NOT refuse the delivery.

MUST NOTE "Damaged" on the Bill of Lading (BOL) / Delivery Receipt before signing.

Accept the shipment and contact us for a partial refund or replacement parts.

Option B: Severe Damage (Crushed/Wrecked) If the unit is visibly wrecked or structurally damaged:

REFUSE the delivery.

Note "Refused due to Damage" on the receipt.

Contact us immediately to arrange a free replacement.

Warning: If you sign the delivery receipt without noting any damage, the carrier will consider the shipment "Received in Good Condition," and we may not be able to file a claim or offer full compensation later.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

No Customs Duties: All orders are fulfilled domestically from our U.S. warehouses. No customs duties or import taxes apply.

Sales Tax: Any applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
