  • Billing Address Match: Please ensure your billing address matches the address on file with your bank/card issuer.

  • Manual Verification: As mentioned in our Shipping Policy, orders may be subject to mandatory phone verification. If our system flags an order as high-risk, our support team will contact you to confirm the transaction before shipment.

4. When Will I Be Charged?

  • Immediate Charge: Your credit card or payment method will be charged at the time you place the order.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation containing your order number immediately after the payment is successfully processed.

5. Taxes & Duties (No Hidden Fees) Since we ship directly from our U.S. warehouses (California & New Jersey), our pricing structure is simple:

  • No Customs Duties: You will NOT be charged any import duties or customs fees.

  • Sales Tax: We do not charge sales tax to the customer. The price you see is the final price you pay. (Note: If we are required by state law to collect tax in specific states in the future, it will be clearly displayed before checkout. Currently, no additional tax is added.)
